METAL CORES HOLLOWING

The hollowing plants dissolve, through a chemical reaction, the metal cores of hollow goldsmith manufacturing articles. We realize specific plants according to different product needs (chains, hoops, metal pipes, etc.).

Accordingly to the kind of metal core using during the jewelling process and the kind of product (i.e. chains, hoops, pipe), we can realize plants with specific features.

We desing and realize:

• Hollowing plants with nitric acid, or hydrochloric acid, sulphuric acid;
• Static plants or plants equipped with rotating tumbler;
• Plants equipped with borosilicate glass reactors or plastic (PP) reactors;
• Plants equipped with electrical heating system or plants with steam heating;
• Manual plants or automated plants.
